Regardless of how the product is packaged, the utmost care is taken in every step of the production process. A variety of inline sealing options, including Kilk-Klok, vacuum, and bag sealing lines, allow for greater versatility in retail packaging options.

Pioneers in our industry and always at the forefront of product development we have introduced 3 spiral freezers to give us the ability to offer superior IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) products – Thanks to this upgraded refrigeration plant, we have been able to drastically reduce freezing times to less than 2.5 hours, allowing us to offer plate-frozen options consistently and with confidence.

To allow for increased production flexibility, we rely on our manually operated production lines. These manual production principles allow our production team to adjust the processing system and the production lines to meet our client’s product requirements. This un-automated and straightforward processing allows for versatility and continuous, quick change-over to new products.

Product development is a continuous process driven customer requirements. Clients are encouraged to play an active role in the creation of their products.
